About Vrindavan Yojna

On the 68th Independence Day, the Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Pariyojna (UPAVP) came up with a new and affordable housing scheme for Lucknow. The scheme goes by the same name as the Housing and Development Board and is known as UPAVP Vrindavan Yojna. As a part of this development scheme, Azea-Gaia Development has initiated a unique residential project inspired by the Garden City Lifestyle of Singapore, entitled Azea Botanica. The project is located in Sector 11, Vrindavan Yojna, on a 45 meter wide road near Amar Shaheed Path. Besides being well-connected to the airport, railway station and Hazratganj; Azea Botanica is also in close vicinity to SGPGI – thus, offering a complete package of location benefits and amenities. Its proximity to the Lucknow Metro Corridor also adds significance to this project.
